Why people book

If any of this sounds familiar, it is worth a conversation

You do not need to know what treatment you want. Most people arrive knowing only what they have noticed.

"The lines stay even when my face is relaxed."

Forehead, frown or eye-area lines that no longer disappear when the expression does.

"I look tired, even when I'm not."

Hollowing in some areas and heaviness in others as facial volume shifts over time.

"My skin has lost its firmness."

Changes in skin quality across the face, neck or décolletage.

"My skin looks dull and uneven."

Texture, dullness or scarring that skincare alone has not shifted.

"I've noticed fine lines around my lips."

Vertical upper-lip lines, which are common and not only caused by smoking.

"I don't want to look done."

You are curious, but worried about looking unlike yourself. Say so. It shapes everything Lucy suggests.

Your consultation

What actually happens in the room

  1. 1

    You talk, Lucy listens

What you have noticed, what you would like, and just as importantly, what you do not want.

  2. 2

    A whole-face assessment

Skin, volume and underlying structure are looked at together, along with your medical history.

  3. 3

    Honest options, risks and costs

What could suit you, what it involves, the risks, the recovery and the price. Sometimes the right advice is to wait or do nothing.

  4. 4

You decide, in your own time

There is no obligation to go ahead. Take the plan home and think about it.

Some treatments involve prescription-only medicines. These can only be provided after an assessment by a prescriber, and they are discussed in consultation rather than advertised. [CONFIRM WITH LUCY: how and when the prescriber consultation happens]

Lucy Wolfgramm, Registered Nurse

Lucy came to cosmetic aesthetics through nursing, and it shows in how she works: listen first, treat second. She looks at proportion and harmony across the whole face rather than chasing one line in isolation.

"I take the time to understand your concerns and goals before recommending anything, and I only ever suggest what I genuinely believe will serve you well."

Questions people ask first

Is the consultation really complimentary?

Yes. There is no consultation fee and no obligation to book a treatment afterwards.

Will I be pressured to have something done?

No. The consultation is for assessment and advice. If Lucy does not think a treatment will serve you, she will tell you.

What will it cost if I go ahead?

It depends on your plan. Skin treatments are priced openly, for example microneedling from $250 and peels from $149. For anything involving a prescription medicine, Lucy goes through pricing with you in the consultation, once she knows what, if anything, is suitable.

Can I be treated on the same day?

[CONFIRM WITH LUCY: same-day treatment policy for skin treatments and for prescription treatments]

What should I bring?

A list of your current medications, any allergies, and details of previous cosmetic treatments. Lucy will ask about your medical history, so the more accurate, the safer.

What if I need to change my appointment?

Please give at least 24 hours' notice so the time can go to someone else.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. Consultations are for adults aged 18 and over.

Are there risks?

Yes. Every procedure carries risks, and results vary from person to person. Lucy explains the risks, recovery and alternatives for anything she suggests before you decide.

Start with a conversation. Decide the rest later.
